- Initial Consultation: Our relationship begins with listening and understanding the unique needs and goals of each client
- Services Agreement: Agreement on the level of assistance and deliverables requested.
- Work Plan: Brief program assessment that leads to the collaborative development of a work plan that advances the client’s goals.
- TA Delivery: Execution of the work plan, grounded in cross-systems relationships.
- Frequent Communication: Regular check-ins to ensure continued alignment and flexibility to adapt plans as needed.
