Through customized technical assistance, ECWC helps partners navigate every stage of launching and expanding apprenticeship programs.  

Approach  

Our structured yet adaptable approach allows ECWC to deliver high-impact, client-centered technical assistance (TA) that supports the successful development and expansion of sustainable ECE apprenticeship programs across the country. Our approach includes: 

• Initial Consultation: Our relationship begins with listening and understanding the unique needs and goals of each client  
• Services Agreement: Agreement on the level of assistance and deliverables requested.  
• Work Plan: Brief program assessment that leads to the collaborative development of a work plan that advances the client’s goals.  
• TA Delivery: Execution of the work plan, grounded in cross-systems relationships.  
• Frequent Communication: Regular check-ins to ensure continued alignment and flexibility to adapt plans as needed.
